U.S. Academy of Soccer

A Strong, Fun Start for Junior Players

Our Juniors Program is designed for young players who are beginning their soccer journey and need the right environment to grow. It focuses on building coordination, confidence, balance, ball familiarity, and early technical habits in a fun and encouraging setting.

Through age-appropriate training, positive coaching, and structured activities, junior players learn the foundations of the game while developing comfort with the ball and confidence around other players. The goal is to make learning fun while building real habits that last.

Fun First Environment Positive learning that keeps young players engaged
Ball Confidence Touches, dribbling, movement, and comfort on the ball
Coordination & Balance Developing athletic movement and body control
Foundation Building Simple habits that prepare players for future development

What Our Juniors Program Focuses On

  • Introducing players to the ball in a fun, confidence-building way
  • Developing coordination, movement, and early athletic habits
  • Teaching simple dribbling, turning, stopping, and passing foundations
  • Helping players listen, follow instruction, and grow within a group setting
  • Creating a positive first soccer experience that builds long-term love for the game

More Than Just Beginner Sessions

Our Juniors Program is not babysitting with soccer balls. It is a structured development environment built around how young players actually learn. Sessions are designed to keep players moving, engaged, smiling, and learning without overwhelming them.

We want players to leave with more confidence, better coordination, and a stronger connection to the game. That means creating a program that feels exciting and welcoming, while still teaching the right fundamentals from the start.
