Academy Identity

No Sole, No Goal

One of Coach Kaz’s signature training principles is simple, memorable, and highly effective: before a player can score in certain drills or small-sided games, they must first control the ball with the sole of the foot.

If the sole touch is skipped, the goal does not count. That rule builds a technical habit that teaches ball control, composure, balance, and better decision-making in finishing moments.

1. Control First Players settle the ball, organize their body shape, and prepare the finish with purpose.
2. Stay Composed The sole touch slows the action just enough to create sharper choices under pressure.
3. Finish Better Players become more balanced, more accurate, and more confident in front of goal.
